I am located in the Coachella Valley in Southern California and can locally co-host in Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, La Quinta, Indio, Coachella, Thermal, Desert Hot Springs, Cathedral City and Indian Wells .     About Me

    Hello! Mike Callahan here in Indio, Ca. USA.

    “I am looking to take on my first co-hosting position” does not exactly engender confidence. So why would anyone want me as a co-host? Short answer - fifty years of work and life experience.

    Thirty years of interacting with customers while working as a construction and then service plumber has taught me that how you treat the customer is just as important as the end product. The past three years working as a facilities engineer in a small luxury resort, where the guests expect the highest standards of service, has elevated my customer service skills.

    Conducting pre-arrival inspections to exacting standards and addressing any issues in the often limited time before the guests arrive continues to be a significant part of my duties at the resort.

    I am very computer literate and many of my positions have involved significant work with Microsoft office and scheduling software, and I have successfully completed numerous online computer courses. Certifications available on request.

    Also, should you be interested in adding a maintenance contract, I have extensive plumbing, electrical, light carpentry and painting skills, and I am a Certified Pool Operator.
